Our products are made from scratch using only natural ingredients, and hand crafted by skilled bakers. On a daily basis, we bake only our own loaves, buns and crackers at our bakery located by the harbour in Gibsons, BC.

As the proprietor of The Sweet Chef, a company dedicated to creating designer wedding cakes and decadent desserts, I found that my customers were looking for locally made breads that could rival the quality products found in Vancouver. In response, I created the Breakwater Bakery brand to meet the needs of our seaside community.
