Our products are made from scratch using only natural ingredients, and hand crafted by skilled bakers. On a daily basis, we bake only our own loaves, buns and crackers in our small bakery located by the harbour in Gibsons, BC.

As the proprietor of The Sweet Chef, a company dedicated to creating designer wedding cakes and decadent desserts, I found that my customers were looking for locally made breads that could rival the quality products found in Vancouver. In response, I created the Breakwater Bakery brand to meet the needs of our seaside community. Now, in addition to our fine pastries, we're pleased to offer an excellent selection of organic breads under the Breakwater Bakery brand:
